CARLSON ADVISORS, LLC ANNOUNCES ADDITION OF ST. CLOUD CPA FIRM BENUSA, GRUBER, MAIERS & ASSOCIATES, LLC

CPA firms, Carlson Advisors, LLC (Minneapolis) and Benusa, Gruber, Maiers, LLC (BGM) (St. Cloud) announce a merger of their organizations. Effective February 19, 2010, the firm will operate under the name of Carlson Advisors, LLC and retain offices in both locations. Management is confident the merger will strengthen their combined expertise and geographical presence. The merger will allow clients to have access to additional resources and expertise in the graphic arts, manufacturing, medical, real estate, and service industries.
