Jerald B. Ostergren Jr., CPA

Jerald Ostergren Jerry is the partner-in-charge of our auditing and accounting practice. With over 30 years of public accounting experience, he is responsible for maintaining the high quality standards of the firm and reviewing, interpreting, and training on all new accounting and auditing standards.

  • Specializes in assurance and attest reviews
  • Partner-in-charge of benefit plan services
  • Supervises forecasting, business planning, and operations review engagements
  • Provides management advisory services to a variety of clients
  • Advises on internal control and compliance matters
  • Consults on mergers, acquisitions and company valuations for clients in various industries
  • Has experience with nonprofits and financial services
  • Member of the AICPA and the Minnesota Society of CPAs
