Responsibilities
Gerry assists privately-held companies with organizational planning and design, change management, information system improvement, capital budgeting, and merger and acquisition assistance. His primary areas of expertise focus on managerial and organizational consulting. In response to the rapid change within the industries we are involved in, Gerry also assists clients with strategic marketing.

Business Experience
A management consultant since 1970, Gerry has served as both CFO and controller for a number of privately held businesses. He specializes in the manufacturing and printing industries, but also works with companies in other industries such as construction and insurance. Gerry is a frequent speaker, guest columnist, and moderator for many industry trade associations and publications, including the Seybold Reports, the Printer's Northwest Trader and PPI's monthly newsletter, Good Impressions. In addition to being a CMA, Gerry is also a licensed CPA in California, Oregon and Washington.

Interests & Hobbies
Gerry is active in numerous civil and community organizations and is a member of the Board of Directors for UCEDA, a Seattle based community development corporation, and the National Board of Directors for the Epilepsy Foundation of America in Washington D.C. Most of his interests revolve around the outdoors: hiking, fishing, and other similar activities.
